01. How will we receive your wedding film?
We supply all our films via a 4k downloadable link. We are also able to supply everything thathas been edited on an external hard drive which can be added into your package
02. Can the collection we choose be customised?
Generally, couples opt for our standard collections, occasionally adding extra features.However, customisation is available upon request
03. Are you willing to travel??
Yes! Definitely! We travel all over QLD.
04. How long until I receive my film?
Generally, it will take up to 16 weeks in peak wedding season. However, if you want to skipthe queue, we can get it to you 1 week after. Please see our extras for more information.
05. How Do I Book A Date?
A $500 deposit & signed contract is required in order to get your wedding on the calendar.The remainder of your balance is due one month prior to your wedding. As most couples tend tohave their wedding on a Saturday these are the days that book out the quickest.
06. I'm camera shy..
That is a very common feeling. Don’t worry, as experienced videographers, we’ll guide you,but we also want you to enjoy your day, so the natural beauty of love and happiness will bereflected in the film without pressure. Most of the time we will be in the background, so you won’t even feel our presence.
